We leave for vacation early Tuesday morning. Since DD11 is going to be surprised by swimming with the dolphins on vacation, I ordered her the first 4 books from the Dolphin Diaries series. I received the order today, and the seller only sent book 4! What good does that do me? I spent $25 for one book?!? I have contacted the seller and told him that if the other three can't be overnighted to me, then I need to return this one.
I have never had a problem ordering from them before. It figures that the one time I am crunched for time (especially since no mail will run on Sun or Mon) would be the time that it messes up. Granted, in the long run, it's not that big of a deal b/c I can go buy her other books to read. It just irritates me that I have to deal with this.
Any suggestions on getting things taken care of?
UPDATE: I went ahead & printed the return label last night before reading your recommendations to wait. Now I am realizing that the return label will probably send it back to amazon instead of to the seller. Will Amazon try to return money to me since I already printed the paperwork? I don't mind hanging onto the book until I return and hear from the seller, but I'm afraid that I may have complicated things by printing off the return papers. What should I do now?
