*Updated* My Planning Paid off!!! A Beyond Magical Week! May 15th-22nd!!!

Hey Everyone!!!

My 1st Trip Report and Im soo excited to share with everyone how Magical our trip really was!!! This is us on our last night at the Magic Kingdom!

Me Val, Hubby Mark, Aidan 6Years and Nevaeh is almost 3!

We really did have an amazing Vacation that I truely feel blessed cause I was able to spend that time with my family! I have soo much to tell so hopefully everyone will stick around so I can dish!!!



We stayed at All Star Sports, Arrived at the resort at about 10:30 am... I stand inline for the Online Check In and im just glowing!!! Next thing I know I look forward and some middle age women is almost screaming to me telling me that Im in the wrong line... Ummm No... Definately not ( I remembed the icon with the computer and check mark) I was in the right place, I checked in 10 days before so I was in the right line... I was called next less then 3 mins... Was greeted by an awesome CM she gave us my packet, answered any questions that I had and then gave us the run down to where our building was! She ask's me to wait then comes back with our Disney Gift Cards that we were entitled to when we Check In!!! Ummm Yayyy!!! I soo forgot about these... I was just happy too be in DisneyWorld!!! We take the extra $325 in Gift Cards and head off to our room!!! Yess our room was ready for us at 10:30 am!!!! Our 1st bit of pixie dust and I coudln't have been happier!!!

We opted for a prefered room and were staying in Surf's Up!!! Perfect... I mean I really couldn't have asked for a greater room not to mention what was waiting on our bed when we walked in!!!

Yep it was our 1st towell Animal!!!

We drop off the massive amounts of carry on bags and stuff that we had and headed to the Magic Kingdom... It's a bit before 12 and we were already headed for the busses!!! On the way out we ran into that same person that yelled at me at the Online Check in desk... She askes me if our room was ready??? Yep... Are you in a prefered room??? Ofcourse! Ground Floor??? Yess Again!!! She was beyond upset stormed to the check in area and that was that, We were finally off to the Magic Kingdom!!!

So were in DisneyWorld for a whole hour and whats the 1st thing we want to to???? Head over to the Magic Kingdom Ofcourse!!! Plus we have our 1st ADR for Lunch at Crystal Palace...

Sooo to get there we obv take Disney Trasportation!!! This is by far the easiest way to get to the MK... I guess people who drive have to actually go to the transport and ticket station where they then take either boat or Mono Rail to MK! Crazy Right... Sounds like 1 huge process to me... I'd soo rather take the Disney Busses cause it drops you off at the gate!

While were talking about the Disney Busses I CANT say anything bad about them!!! We waited no more then 10 mins for each and every single bus that we took... Not to mention Sports is the 1st stop of all the AllStar Busses, So where we were goin to a park we were the 1st stop and also leaving we were the 1st stop... That alone made me happy! All of the drivers were super nice, and just about every single one always welcomed my lil Princess on board just as that, and yes the term princess soo went to her head!!!

So we finally get to Magic Kingdom and it really is a sight to see... Just the enviorment just makes me happy... Disney World really is my "Happy Place" and Im just soo blessed to be able to share every minute with my Family...

And then there it is!!! Cinderella's Castle!!! It really is beyond amazing...

As we start walking down Main St there where a small group of CM coming out to rope off a certain area... Then it starts... Right in front of me they begin preforming to "Walking on Main St USA" I almost started tearing up but I had to get a hold of myself cause at that point it was offical... We were in Disney World...

From there we head to:

For some reason we always skip Adventure Land... But I knew Ariel would be there so that was reason enough!!! As soon as we cross that bridge there they were!!! Ariel and Eric like together!!! Amazing... I think I was happier then my 2YO!!! So We walk over and try to hop in line but she was no longer seeing anyone but were were givin a time to go back when we can catch her... Oh well this was our 1st day and Im sure we'd find here there again and we went on...

This trip I wanted to start with things that i've never seen... One of those was actualy the Tiki Room!!! It was definately a great way to start of day in MK, we wern't use to the heat so that little break was all the diffrence... When you 1st walk into the Tiki line they really have a beautiful set up inside! Had to take a quick pic!

That lil hut opened and showed somthing... Some Tiki Gods I think... We were too close to the door waiting to get in we missed the little pre show... Tiki room was cute... It was exactly what It was cute... Im happy the kiddies are happy... Next!!!!

We snoop around a bit and then move on to where... Pirates Ofcourse!!! It was practicaly walk on... Is is me or does the line on the right move the faster??? Hubbys buggin me to put the camera down... Sayin im acting like a tourist!!! LOL Hello... Were all Tourist!!!

So lunch was approaching us quick and we were off to meet up with Kasia and Sal!!! Sal is the hubbys lil bro that he hasn't seen in about 10 years!!! It was amazing to finally be with them and to see the boys together... What better place for a reunion? Spending time with Sal and Kasia really made our trip soo much better... Seein how happy the hubby was to be with his bro again really made me happy...

As I said before we have a Lunch ADR at Crystal Palace... Too bad when I made the ADR I only made it for 4 people total... I stop by an hour before had to see if we were able to add Sal and Kasia cause there was a whole lot of catching up to do and what better place to do it then in Air Conditioning!!! I was soo not expecting them to be able to accomindate to us but they did!!! We waited about 10 mins on the porch and we were called!!! This was amazing to me cause I really thought they were gonna send us away, and then a small wait to be seated... Everything was perfect!!!

The characters at Crystal Palace was Pooh, Tigger, Eyore, Piglet (who is a male)! Once the 1st character came it was like they all came right after the other... Im not really into the food there... All basic disney buffet stuff... Nothing really to brag about! I wish I remember our CM's name... She was really sweet... We didn't have to ask for a refill once and she was great with clearing the plates... Pics of the Kiddies with pooh and is friends were impossible with my kiddos... Is it really that hard to get 1 pic that has both the kiddies smiling?!?!? Ohh Well!!! I tried!!!

We were in Crystal Palace for about 90mins but we saw everyone... We left with full tummys and were off to explore the rest of MK!!!

My lil girlie see's all the other lil princesses in their princess gear so ofcourse she needed to put on hers!!! So out of a Zip Lock Bag (thanks DISers) I pull out her glittery Tinkerbell dress!!! She was beyond happy! It was almost like she finally found where she belonged... With the other princesses walking around in her polyester princess dress in 90 degree weather... She's happy so Im happy... 10 mins later she's out!!! Passed out!!! Finally too!!

We take this time to stroll around MK and just take in all in... She wakes up before night fall and we try to take advantage at that time to take in some of the rides in Fantasy Land... Little to no wait. Why? Cause everyone is waiting for Spectro Magic and Wishes!!! We the spent the rest of that night in Fantasy Land and Liberty Square till Wishes started...

Wishes is really an amazing fireworks show... The music is soo touching... It was the perfect way to end our 1st day! After wishes the hubby stayed with Sal, Kasia, and Aidan... MK was open till 11pm but I was ready to call it a day! Me and my lil girlie head to the bus, wait about 5 mins then not 1 but 2 Sports Busses show up at the same time!!! Perfect Timing!!! Perfect Ending to an Amazing 1st day!!!

Our trip was amazing!!! All the time and planning I put in really did make a huge diffrence!!! Not to mention we were not late for one single ADR!!! That alone says it all!!!

We... I took a ton of pics!!! We even got the PhotoPass CD too!!! Just finished editing those and put in the order for the CD... Then realized that the order will be delayed a bit due to the holiday but Im sure I can wait!!!

I really have a lot to dish about this vacation... My DD had her 1st BBB appt which was amazing! We tried a few new TS spots and our Wishes Cruise!!! I have some video too!!!

Im just happy to share our trip with everyone!

It's our 1st day in the world and were ready!!! We grab a quick bowl of cereal and were headed to the busses to go to

We arrive a tad bit after rope drop... Looks like everyone is heading to EE (or so we thought) so we decided to check out The Oasis!!!

Finally an awesome Pic of all of us!!!

Then finally, Were off to DinoLand USA!!!

Mark and Aidan head to Dinosaur but he grabs a Rider Switch pass so I can go on after he does, Too bad for me once was enough for Aidan and he was not goin back on that ride again... We head to the Carnival area where they have Primeval Whirl which is a spinning coaster... I've been on once and like my Aidan once was enough so I opted to skip this one this trip... Tricera Top spin caught the eye of my 2YO and we had to go over!!!

Tricera Top Spin reminds me of Dumbo but it actually can tilt forward and backward... 8 rides later we were finally ready to leave that area and finish exploring the rest of the park...

We saw massive rows of strollers and find out were close to the Nemo Musicals!!! Yayyy!!!! I love Musicals... We were about 15 mins shy of the show so we decided to check it out with the kiddies... Finding Nemo the Musical is really amazing!!! It soo should be made into an actual Broadway Musical... Oh how I would love to see it... IMHO I think Nemo is actually better then Lion King... Nemo last about 25 mins but it was such a nice break to just sit in the AC for a bit... It was before noon and already 92 out... I got a few pics... None worthy enough or my TR cause the lighting was soo off on my camera and I didn't want to be the rude tourist in the back with the blinding flash! All in all a beyond amazing show... I tear up at the end cause it really is a touching story!

From there we head to Asia... So this was where everyone has been!! Wait time for Kali River Rapids is 70 mins! We opted to get a fast pass for this and luckily the return time is about 3 hours later which is doable! I catch the sign for the Maharajah Jungle Trek which is actualy a walk-thru!

We grabed a guide map at the begining that told us about all the animals that we would encounter throughout the trek! We only saw the Antelope, Deer (Im from New England, We see Deer all the time) and then we came accross the

Fruit Bats!!! Creepy right!!! But I had to see them... There was a really knowledgeable CM there that was answering questions and telling everyone facts about them... Out of everything she mentioned I remember he telling us that the wing span of these bats can reach up to 5 feet!!! Amazing Right!!! I was able to take some video of them also and were off to continue the Maharajah Trek... We finally reach the

The Tiger area actually is pretty big and it is viewable from a few diffrent spots... We skiped the 1st part and continued our walk through, and there it was... Seriously this is why I truely LOVE Animal Kingdom!!!

He was stunning... I've never seen a Tiger that close! The kiddies were beyond amazed...

We spend at least 30 mins in the tiger area alone... We finally decided to leave, last part of the trek take you to another aviary filled with all kinds of tropical birds! We saw a few but not many... After all the excitement we finally decided to leave the Jungle Trek to head to Africa to catch the Safari!

We catch a perfect view of the Tree Of Life and we had to stop to take a pic!!! It is soo Beautiful. The amount of detail in the tree is really amazing!

We also come accross someone on the way to Africa...

Can not think of her name at all... Im sure she was from Hercules though!!!Now that I think about it Maybe Tarzan.. LOL Finally a pic with the kiddies smiling too!!!

We get to Africa and the wait for the Safari is 40 mins... Im soo hot and getting craky, but I kept it in and we waited in line... It took about 30 mins but once we were close there was a lot to look at and the next thing ya know were about to hop in our Truck... I sooo love the Kilimanjaro Safari... I wish it was longer, and can they please work on a new script!!! Our driver was not feeling it at all... We caught a few animals not many though... Supposedly the best time to catch the Safari is early morning... Got a few pics but most was on video...

It was a lil past lunch and no one was really hungry so we grabed a few snacks... The fruit bowls all were amazing... We also grabbed a Jalapeno Pretzel and some frozen lemonades and we were off to finish the rest of the park... Used our Snack Credits for all of theses! We wanted to catch flights of wonder but again my 2YO is distracted by one of the many water play area's! So we end up spending about 30 mins there... Just people watching and finishing up our snacks... Next it was time to use our Fast Passes for the Water Rider!!! Finally, cause I am soo hot and sticky im actually wanting to get soaked to cool off!!! I soo can not justify waiting in line for an hour for that! I come out dry as I was when I went I first went in...

We see a perfect view of Expidition Everest and by chance a Photo Pass CM!!! Yayy!!!! We stop and take a few pics!!!

Soo with that beautiful view in the back of our awesome pics it was finally time to head to...

Love it!!! It was Aidans 1st time... We hopped in the stand by line and in less then 10 mins of being it we were told it was closed!!!! Booo to that... Ohh Well, they do stuff like that for a reason... The Hubby was actually in the store that you exit out of where he over heard that they were taking one of the "cars" off and then it would be open again... The CM's at the entrance is telling all these upset people that they have no idea when it'll open again People yelling and swearing at CM's it was bad... So we move away from the entrance to get away all the nastiness. I listen to the Hubby and we hop into a new line to wait... There was about 30 people ahead of us... Not many people at all... Grabed a drink and waited patiently... About 20 mins later they finally opened and let all the Fast Pass people go in and then about 10 Mins later we were finally allowed in!!! Another Amazing Attraction!!!! Aidan kinda liked it... I think he just wanted his Tee Shirt for riding it... As soon as we get off Uncle Sal has this Disney Fast Pass Coupon that he was givin... I don't know what he did to get it but it was awesome... It was on a lil yellow paper (wish I got a pic) and can actually be used at any attraction at AK that day for up to 6 guests!!! Yayyy We get to go on again... Aidan passes so Kasia, Sal, and I went on again! As soon as we get out we see theses nasty dark grey clouds... It was about 5pm and I was feeling good about our day at AK and we were ready to leave!!! We head towards the front, before we even get to the Oasis it starts to pour! Tummies were rumbling and the kiddies were getting cranky so it was definately our time to leave! Girls hop in the car, Boys grab a Disney Bus and we meet at Boma for our 6:30 ADR...

Next I'll go into our Dinner at Boma!

Thanks for reading!!! I didn't realize how much work it would be but it's coming out great...

The kiddies shirts I actually found on Ebay!!! They were pretty reasonable, and they came in super quick! They were a hit in the park! We got many compliments!

So we just missed all the rain and we were headed to AKL!!! As I said before the girlies took the car and ofcourse we get lost... AKL is huge... For some reason I thought Boma was in the main building... Apparently with the addition it really is completely diffrent... So we end up on the wrong side... Grab directions from a CM and we head to the correct location...

By this time were about 10 mins to our ADR and Im startin to get nervous! Luckily the boys were there and were actually already seated! Ofcourse already up helping themselves to food!

The atmosphere of Boma is amazing! The smells that fill that place are really amazing... Me im not really into the food there... It was actually the only place the hubby wanted to go so I just had to make it happen... There Buffet is Huge... Lots to eat but nothing that I have ever been farmillar with...

They have 2 types of soup... We all tried the coconut seafood which really did have a ton of diffrent seafood in it. Scallops, Shrip, Oysters but the coconut was just too strong for me... It really did taste like it was just seafood in coconut milk so I was not a fan... My 2YO did enjoy it though! They normally serve a SheCrab Soup which is my Favv... I have no idea why they were not serving it that night cause it was on the menu... Too badd cause I was really looking forward to it!

After I finished my soup we finally met Jeff who was our server!!! He was great... He really did have an amazing personality!!! It could have been that we were from New England as he was cause we just kinda clicked... He was the type of server that I would expect to see at 50's Prime Time... He was like bossy, and funny kept on reminding me where the buffet was cause I was only eating their roasted chicken cause as I said before Boma is just to adventurous for me... Even their rice was sweet... Had rasin and I think nuts in it... Crazy Right?!?!?!

The family tried all the diffrent kinds of roast meats they had... I had a small bit of my DD's pork which was pretty good, Hubby and the Steak which they actuallty had 2 of... One was Med/Rare and the other was Med... Ummm I like my steak practically burnt so I passed... The boys really did enjoy both their meat... They had mentioned it was perfect and then when I looked over the table and saw how much my family, Sal and Kasia were enjoying it it just made me happy cause we picked a good one!

Now I may not have had any dinner but I knew all about their dessert buffet... 2 words... ZEBRA DOMES... I will go back to Boma every trip just for these!!! Soo amazing... I have no idea what they are made of but they are beyond awesome! They also had a chochlate truffle that was chilled and again they hit it out of the park... Seriously just these two are really mouth watering... They also had a ton of cookies, brownies, bites of cheese cake... Boma definately did have a great fruit salad too... Huge strawberries and sliced watermelon... Yummm... We all took our time with dessert... While were, I mean they are all feasting Jeff is still keepin up with the plates and refills, not to mention his dry humor!!! But we wouldn't have had it another way...

After 2 hours of feasting were finally ready to go... And at that point I felt like a Zebra Dome cause I had so many... We asked for the check and we were out in about 10 mins with full tummies and happy babies!!!


Now gettin back to the room was a whole nother story... With AK being closed the only option you really have is to head to a park that is open or head to DTD... With the other parks closing within the hour (I was thinking of the massive amounts of people tryin to leave parks) we had decided to head to DTD... With it closing at 11pm I figured we would be good and shouldn't have to wait that long... Yaa we wouldn't have waited long if we actually went directly to the bus, but ofcourse with us being in DTD we have to stay till it closes! Beleive me I was OK with that too... Shoping!!! Yayy finally!!! With us being on a time limit and everything closing within an hour we only made it though West Side... We checked out RideMakerz, the Magic Shop, the Candy Apple Spot, and Lil Miss MissMatched!!! Sooo Loved it It was the cutest store... We didn't buy any socks but I actually found my lil girlie some leg warmers for Dance!!! Go figure... I can't even find Leg Warmers in RI who would have thought Id find them in FL... Another place we stoped at was Trend-D which is a beyond awesome store... They have all kind of "Trendy" stuff and clothing and they sell Vinalmations which kinda took over pin trading! Ofcouse we got sucked into the Vinalmations! So after a crying fit, and a spilt Bailys Shake we were finally ready to head to our room! Again a wait of about 5 mins for the bus and we were off to sleep as soon as we hit the bed!!! Another great end to another amazing day!!!

Next Up Day 3!!! Another trip to MK... Tryin to beat the crowds at Pixie Hollow, a BBB appt and Our's 1st Dinner at Ohana!!!

Thank You!! Don't be fooled though, they are trouble!!! Not to mention that lil girl ... I think the term Princess went to her head while we were on vacation!

This Trip Report has helped me get over that Disney Depression too... You know... That 1st week of just being completely miserable!!! I was a mess the 1st few days Everyone has finally gotten back on schedule... But Nevaeh wakes up just about every morning asking if we can go back to Animal Kingdom! Ummm No Sweetie!!! Im goin to work... Your goin to school, I'll see ya at dinner!!! LOL But nothing was funnier than our 1st full day back home. We were at dance recital pictures all day, and on her last costume change she looks at me soo tired, worn out, huge tears and says "I miss Mickey Mouse" Awww... too cute right? It was nice to see Im not the only person missing Mickey, and then I think thats soo my child!!! I look at her and say "I do to hunnie"


I just finished editing all of our Photo Pass pic over the weeked, so that should be in soon! We did get some great pics too!!! And Im actually in them too!!! Like all of us together!!! So I can't wait to get those on here too!

Now that were all settled in at home now, I do still secretly have Mickey on the Noggin! Im seriously lookin for any excuse to get back!!!

The boys decided to head AK for Morning Hours so they were out the door before 6:30am... Me tryin to get a lil more sleep while the baby is sleeping, I get a wake up call from the boys on the Safari a little past 8am... We go over quickly the plan for the day and then there off again!!!

Nevaeh was not trying to get up at all... But we had a jam packed day that needed to begin... Not to mention we were already technicaly 2 hours late according to the hubby!!! I manage to win Nevaeh out of the bed with a bubble bath and surprised her with the bath toys that she fell asleep holding while shoping at DTD! Perfect time for me to wash her hair and her to have some nice down time while I get ready... Have breakfast in the room and were out a tad after 9am... Im thinking not bad!!!

Plan for the day is to head to MK... 1st stop Pixie Hollow, 11:50 appt at BBB, Dinner at Ohana at 8pm!!! Crazy how seeing Tink was a Priority!!!

We hop on The WDWRR and were off to Toon Town!!!

As soon as we get to Pixie Hollow it's 10am and the wait for Tink and her friends was 60 mins... So we get in line and within minutes Nevaeh meets a new friend... When does she not meet new friends? I actaully have an overly friendly child... Her name was Kadence and she was from Ontario, and she was very shy... It took a bag of Cheeze It's and some Princess Fruit Snack for her to come out of her shell!!! Then I realized that Nevaeh had finally met her match cause this lil girl was a talker... I didn't mind at all cause it really did make the time fly by... Found out that her Uncles that brought her to the world are also DISers So that was pretty awesome!!! We finally enter the "Shrinking Room"

Say our GoodByes to Kadence and were off to finally meet Tink!!!

Check the time and the wait was 1hr 20mins... Not badd Im thinking... Im sure it would be worth it!!!

We were escorted in by Rosetta... She's the Pink Fairy with the Southern Acent... She was a Hoot!!! I think she caught Nevaeh by surprise cause it took a few seconds to warm up to her... They chit chat for a bit, Rosetta mentions how she likes her capris cause they had plenty of butterflies and flowers on them... All while this is goin on tears of happiness coming down my face... Im a wreck not even paying any attention missing all the those random and candid photo moments cause I can't keep it together... Thank goodness for Photo Pass... They got a ton!!! With our meeting with Rosetta I was able to get one pic that came out pretty good!!!

Soo good that they both wern't looking!!! LOL Too Badd!!! But our Photo Pass Came out Awesome!!!

Next was Tink!!! Again me a mess!!! I only got one pic worthy enough for my TR...

She walked Nevaeh over...

Again, they took their time with each family and made each visit special... Nevaeh and Tink talked about how she got there... Lets just say she answered it simply by saying "there is nothing that Pixie Dust can't do!" Nevaeh's age, that she proclaimed as being 5... Yaa ok... She'll be 3 in July!!! Then Tink showed Nevaeh how to show how many fingers she was! Photo Pass again taking pics of everything that i've been missing...

I had to hop in!!!

Soo... Just as I said before, each fairy takes time with each family... Thank goodness for Photo Pass cause I was really slackin!We say our GoodByes to Tink and next was Silvermist...

She was more of the fairy that was like "take the picture, I'll sign the book quickly, NEXT!!!" Oh well, Maybe her Pixie Dust was wearing off!I was able to get a few pics inside while we were heading out...

Thank You!!! Sadd to say that incident wasn't the only time when we were affected by someone elses nastiness... But I can understand why some people may get stressed out while in Disny... We had a few meltdowns too... Some from me!!! But all in all everything was great and I couldn't be happier!!!

I just got my Photo Pass CD so I've been trying to edit each of my posts!!! All of our pics were again amazing and Im soo happy we got it!!! Now that that is done I feel I can continue my TR!!! Gotta grab my passporter and notes!!!
