updated itinerary - how does it look?

Hi, spent some time going over my itinerary, I have been struggling with it and was wondering what you think -
Itinerary
Mon Day 1 –Arrive – dinner at riverside

Tues Day 2 –
AM -Animal Kingdom - Donald’s Breakfastosaurus (1ts) (8.am),
PM- POR resort followed by Dinner at yachtsman steak house 6.05pm and a walk around Broad walk.

wed Day 3-
AM - Magic Kingdom – (Little ones EMH 8am) Late lunch at Tony Town Square (1ts) (2.45pm)
PM –Resort , have a relaxing evening..

Thu Day 4-
AM - Epcot - Story Book princess breakfast (1ts) (8.30am),
PM – Have a mid day break at resort return to epcot for counter service dinner and to watch illuminations at 9pm.

Fri Day 5
AM- late start to the day - MGM studios around lunch time.
PM –Dinner at Mama Melrose (5.30pm,) Fantasmic at 8.30pm

Sat Day 6-
AM-Relaxing morning
PM – AK watch 4pm parade, Dinner at Boma(1ts)(6.30pm)

sun Day 7-
AM- Florida mall.
PM- Rest in the afternoon -Dinner at Ohana(1ts)(6.30pm)

Mon Day 8-
AM –Magic Kingdom
PM- return to hotel for rest, get DD kitted out in her princess outfit. - Cinderella Gala Feast at Grand Floridian Cafe.(6.30pm)

Tue Day 9 –
AM-sea world
PM- Dinner at Concourse steakhouse(1ts)(6.50pm)

wed Day 10 –-
AM-universal studios ,
PM- Dinner at Kona cafe.(6.40pm)

Thu Day 11-.-
AM-Lilo and stitch breakfast(1ts) (8.00am) no plans during the day
PM- Magic kingdom Liberty tree character Dinner(1ts)(6.30am). Watch wishes and spectromagic (8pm/9pm)

Fri Day 12-
AM-Restful day
PM-plaza restaurant(1ts) 4pm MNSSHP,


Saturday Day 13 –
AM-Shopping day -
PM- DTD – eat at Raglan Rd(6.30pm)

Sunday Day 14
AM – MGM studios
PM-Epcot - Dinner at Rose and Crown (6.50pm) watch illuminations after dinner.

Monday Day 15 – Going home day, do DTD check in, have lunch rain forest cafe..
 
Looks fine to me too, you have plenty of rest time scheduled which is important. Just don't be afraid to change your plan when you get out there, the more flexible the better.
 
Looks good to me. Only comments are that having a late start on the first MGM day will mean you will hit long lines when you arrive. Personally I would just get to MGM early, then have a rest in the afternoon.

I think it is a good choice to do Animal Kingdom as a first park because you don't have to line up for that many things. We usually do this park first too.
