Ok, I am just getting started with reviews and I will come back and update as I go, but the first two things are from the Coronado Springs Resort. They have not done well for our allergies in the past, but this time, they did SO much better! I have more to report from our stay here, but this is the start of what we ordered here .
The Tortilla Soup and the Nachos at the Poolside bar.

Gluten free dairy free breakfast at the Hardrock Hotel in Universal is delicious, as usual! Review here.

I added review of the Sci Fi, which was fantastic and one of our few options for a dessert topping or side other than plain rice dream or toffuti. They warmed a Kinnikinnik donut and placed it under the Toffuti, which my daughter loved. We did have to ask for that, as it wasn't offered, but I noticed it was available so I'm glad I asked.

I have ordered this same salad before and I enjoy it very much. A nice, lighter (yet still very filling) gluten free dairy free option. Review here.

Here is our Maya Grill at Coronado Springs Resort. It was SO much better than the past times we went and the menu was clearly labeled as to what was gluten free. YAY!

Again, full review here , but this was daughter and husbands favorite meal of the trip! The process was confusing, but very quick and smooth and the food was great. The dessert options for our allergies was not so great, but the entrees made up for that
