How long did that take? I purchased on the 13th, charge posted on the 15th and nothing thus far. It seems like it's usually 9 or 10 days for mine.

It takes a disproportionate amount of time to deal with them not posting the offers to how much the $ is. I was on the phone for 43 minutes the other day trying to get them to honor 3 Sam's Club offers, and all I got was their assurance that they would refer it to their "marketing department". Same thing happened on a different offer the end of December that I didn't get solved as of 3 weeks later. It's like a black hole. Lately it's hit or miss and it shouldn't be since I subscribe to "CardPointers" and they automatically posts the offers to all my credit cards. Amex offers seem to work much better.

First I sent a message via the account with a screenshot. Im convinced they have gone AI as the
message I got back was very canned...explaining how to add offer to use it. Then I called and
transferred to a specialist who took down the info to pass to "marketing". Couple months ago I went
through same steps and never did get the credit so I just let it go. This time im pushing back and following
up frequently. All 3 of my Sam's Club credits came within 3 or 4 days of posting. Ralph's nada. So far nothing
from Walmart but it is still early.

A credit didn't appear from Amex HD offer. I sent a message via chat and 48 hours later it was on my acct.

I think it is worth pointing out that if you use Hyatt Points to book a hotel, you do not pay any taxes or fees. For example, the Hyatt Place in Lake Buena Vista on a one night stay in August would charge you around $20 in taxes and fees, so you are immediately saving more money with points than using a 10% Amex offer and paying in cash. It is why we transfer a good amount of our Chase Ultimate Rewards into Hyatt.

My conclusion after reading part of that thread was that you need to be REALLY careful when copying and pasting the card number and PIN when buying Genie+ and ILL. Sounds like that is when the issue started, and another poster had reported the same issue.
