Please tell me more. I am also international. Managed to get a membership via Groupon to BJ's Warehouse last year, but also could not complete any transactions due to not having a US billing address. Since then, I've read somewhere that you can add a secondary address to one of your credit cards (I have a US mailing address, so added that) and had success on a system only allowing US based purchases. Wondering if I should try this again but don't want to be sunk the cost of the membership if it doesn't work. Luckily, Groupon refunded me when I let them know I was unable to use the membership.

I got Target debit card to work with a wise account for target.
Also got a cash app card.
But for both you need a US social security no and a phone no to receive texts.

I got cash app to work with best buy and sams but walmart refused even after contacting their customer service.

It’s not just a US billing address. It has to be registered with your payment card as well. But the card must also be a US card. And even then they monitor your ip address and if you use a vpn that also triggers their fraud alert.

Was a US address. Some times you can get round the registered address esp using Apple Pay and paypal. Groupon for example tends to be easily to by from.

Maybe with gift cards there is added security to stop money laundering

Sorry if this has been mentioned already, I have been busy and am 20 pages behind so just starting at the end and moving forward

Word of warning for Target gift cards - the $50 Frozen gift cards in the new fully enclosed cardboard packaging stink, do not buy them. The cards are not plastic, they are cardboard, and when you peel off the sticker to see the full card number it peels off the card number (because it is paper) so you can’t read or redeem. I took my two cards back to the Target store, and the manager said I was the third person in two days to return the cards. He got one of my cards to work by guessing a series of numbers I had not, and the second card he had to refund. Will just stick to online GCs!

Yes, a similar thing happened to me with a Roblox card. We were able to contact Roblox to get it fixed but if you purchase the cardboard gift cards alway scratch the back and don't peel it off like you can with the plastic Disney GC. I learned that lesson the hard way.

These are for the remaining points in your Best Buy rewards account. You may get more than $5 if you had more points. They are rounding up. My account had a 72 points program change top off (I had 178 points) and then the $5 was issued. Your accounts will now be zeroed out. These have been slowly coming out since it appears they are manually doing the ‘top off‘ amounts.

Unless you have a BB credit card then they aren’t auto issuing rewards certificates for your points.

I made a $225 ShopDisney purchase and clicked through RMN. I just got the email that they were notified of the purchase. However the total purchase in the email was $900 which is 4 times the actual purchase. I assume it'll get corrected or completely rejected but I was curious if anyone has had this happen.
