Ok, so I called Disney Dining this morning to make our PM. WCT does not open until 11:30 am - is this too late for anyone? We are a party of 22 plus one high chair (for Katie's baby princess). They don't take reservations for parties over 20 and for a party of 20 she didn't have anything available until after 12:00 pm. I asked her what if we had two parties of 11. She said my best bet was working with the manager (Ephraim). She said he will try to accomodate us if he can. So I left him a message on his VM. Hopefully he will call me back today. If I have anyone's confirmation wrong on the list above, please let me know. I know Mel & Kaitlyn are still a "maybe". I'll keep everyone updated on my progress.

At first he tried to say we had to have a "Banquet Menu" which costs a flat $30 pp and includes an appy, entree, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage. I said NOOOO! We just want to order from the regular menu. I told him we would have cash and to have a few bottles of Magicale on ice for us!He laughed and said no probem. He said the set menu helps when you are in a hurry (since some people have a plane to catch). I told him we'd be there at 11:20 am and ready to order by 11:30 am, Can't wait.

Yay!! How could they resist us?? Can't wait to see everyone!

Yes, please, everyone try to be there by 11:15 am. That way even if you are running a little late, we will all be seated before 11:30 am. Yes, plan on coming at 11:15 and we can chat! Stacie, it's possible that with a smaller group last time, they were easy on us. But with this being a huge group of over 20, and them making special arrangements (setting up for us but not forcing us to pay $30), they want us there at once.

Linda, thanks again for setting this up. I will definitely be there at 11:15. We will be driving, so I am not on too tight of a schedule, but we do tend to try to be on the road by 1:00-1:30 in order to get home by dinner time and start to get Ty back into nighttime routine.

wow I havent been on the boards for soooooooooo long...life has a way of taking over you know? I just came on here tonight and saw this thread and it made me very happy to see that once again a mini meet is happening and this time its exactly during the time I will be at DL instead of missing it by a day like the last time there are several new names I dont know but I also see quite a few I do know..Im really looking forward to this trip..Im bringing my extended family along and will have my boy who's not quite going to be 3 and it will be his first halloween trip to DL but only his 2nd to date...we are both so excited and want the time to hurry up and get here hope everyone is in good health and look forward to hopefully seeing all of you I do know and meet the ones I dont...have a great day everyone

I really want my family to join me for the trick or treat party on the 23rd. I just checked Anais's school schedule and she doesn't have school that day, nor does my mom! My dad doesn't have work! It seems like it's meant to be but I still need to convince my dad of that I think it will work out but I'm still wishing and hoping
