I would love to see something as well. We never did see Alice on our last trip and DD has several spots blank in her album for signatures.

Someone else recently asked about this...
I am not familiar with an up to date website like WDW offers, but you can usually inquire about charaters/M&G times with City Hall, or if you see one of the CM handlers...they usually have a schedule.
The Verizon Disney Parks Mobile App lets you locate M&G by characters and provides the location and time they are available. I am not sure how often they update this info though.

Characters at WDW are basically set at one spot and thats where you see them. At DLR, it's not quite like that.

You can count on seeing Mickey at his house in Toontown. However, you could also bump into Mickey in Town Square. You can see Woody in Frontierland, but most likely he'll be wandering around and then perhaps choose a spot for a line if there are a lot of ppl, as opposed to having a dedicated spot.

There is an entertainment guide that toucan pick up when you enter the Park that has parades, shows, etc. listed on it for the week. It also has SOME of the characters listed with times and places. However, if there is a specific character that you are interested in the is not listed, for example maybe Pinocchio, stop in at City Hall and they can tell you FOR THAT DAY when and where (and if) you can find that character.

ETA: I took a look at the link you provided. I would say it is semi-accurate, semi-outdated.

You've already seen the news about the upcoming permanent meet 'n greet locations with the opening of Princess Fantasy Faire, so let's focus on the near term. The big change right at Disneyland Park now has been forced at the closing of the path to the left (from Main Street) of the castle. It's good news in a sense that there's one less place you have to look for characters.

The right side path has always been where you should look for Snow White, who is often accompanied by the Queen by the Wishing Well. Now, it's where you might find several princesses, and other characters.

On Monday, it was so crowded that an "entertainment host" wasn't even clear on why people were [she thought] "just standing around". Cinderella was with Perla and Fairy Godmother across from the Wishing Well. Mad Hatter and Alice settled further down the path, on the left edge. The CM came up and saw people lined up to the right at the bottom of the path, and tried to get them to clear a way through. She didn't know that Aurora had just arrived and was meeting guests at the right edge of the path.

Bert and Mary Poppins could be found a couple of times at Refreshment Corner.

Another unusual occurrence is that, at least at 1, musical chairs was not played. Alice and Mad Hatter were quite late for whatever reason, and I only saw them do a meet 'n greet. They [still] always appear in the entrance and castle shows with the Disneyland Band - these performances are listed in the Entertainment Times Guide.

Hiya :)

We try to keep our lists as up to date as possible; however, as has been said before Disneyland is a lot more random with characters wandering where they will at times so it makes it harder. That along with the fact we aren't at Disneyland constantly makes it hard to be 100% accurate all the time... but we try!

What do you think is outdated? If I know can try to update it :)

Thank you,
Jon

Hi Jon,
Thank you for your site! I printed it off to bring with us on the plane tomorrow. I appreciate your efforts in compiling and maintaining that list.

Hi Jon,

I hope it is helpful and that you have a great trip! Would love to hear about your character finding success once you are back :D

You do not have Pinocchio or Daisy Duck on this list, granted they are rare to see in the parks, I don't know if they are seen in the character breakfasts (well I have heard anyway that she is at one of the breakfasts) She is very very rare in the parks it seems. But when she is in in the parks I ran into her in Toon Town.

Pinocchio I have seen on Main Street. But I have only seen him once and that was towards the end of the Holiday Overlay at Disneyland.
