Updated: Can I book FDP and CRT lunch at 180 mark?-- Strike 1 for CRT

It's my 180 day mark tomorrow and I just read somewhere on allearsnet that FDP is booked at 90 day mark. Is that outdated info?

I'm also wondering if I can book CRT using the +10 perk. Staying at BWV and CRT lunch will be on the 7th day of our trip.

Yes, you can book both at the 180 mark; that is old info.

Yes, you can book CRT (or any restaurant) at 180 days from checkin but they only release a few CRT tables for that perk and keep the rest for the true 180 days so if you do not get CRT today, call again at the 180 days from when you actually want to eat. Most have better luck that way.

I did not have much luck with booking CRT lunch this morning. I was pretty surprised that with an arrival of Dec 2 (180 days from today) and not wanting CRT lunch until Dec 8, we could not get a table for 4. At least I managed a table for 2 so the little princess is covered, but we always like doing this as a family. The CM I spoke to said they don't open up more seats at the true 180 day mark, but thanks to the DISboards, I know he's mistaken.

To make sure I fully understand, it won't do me any good to call for the next few days because Dec 8 is essentially booked from a "+10" standpoint until the actual 180-day mark, correct? (hope that question makes sense)

This is the way I understand it as well. Call back on the actual 180 day mark, and more tables should be available.

Yes, that CM was mistaken!!

It won't hurt to call each day for cancellations but the best thing to do is to call 180 days from Dec 8...that would be your best bet to secure a table. Be sure and let us know if you have success at your true 180 day mark!
