For July 22-25, Only Saratoga and AKV Kidani are available, but they only sleep up to 4.
And nothing at all on those other two dates.

Saratoga 42 or 45 points for Standard / Preferred
AKV Kidani 42 or 51 points for Resort or Savanna
AKV Jambo 51 for Savanna

Updated April 22: Price reduced! $18 per point for any reservation from now through the end of the 7-month booking window (late November 2025). These points can be used to book at any DVC resort, including Riviera, for stays from now through mid-November 2025 at $18 per point.

For stays in the 7 to 11 month winow (mid-November 2025 through March 31, 2026):

• BWV points can be used at Boardwalk Villas for $19 per point.
• BCV points can be used at Beach Club Villas for $19 per point.

I do have ability to use additional points if needed to make your full reservation.

I still have 150 Boardwalk Villa points, and 36 Beach Club Villa points available for rent.

I have 313 points available to rent. 150 Boardwalk Villa points and 163 Beach Club Villa both for $19/pp. They are April Use Year, and can be used for reservations through March 31, 2026. I can reserve BWV and BCV out 11 months, and all other resorts, including Riviera at 7 months.

Please provide the following information with your request:

• Resort preference (1st and 2nd choice)
• Room Size (studio, one bedroom villa, etc)
• check-in / check-out dates

I’ve rented here on Disboards in the past, and I have repeat renters that I can provide for reference. I provide a contract for us both to sign. I request a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time you receive the electronic resort confirmation number. At which time you can link to your My Disney Experience. Balance is due 60 days prior to Check-in date.

Payment can be made with Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or Apple pay.

There is nothing available in Studio's for those dates.
Saratoga and AK has a 1BR for 52 points
and OKW for 50.

Hi, for BCV studio, there is only June 30th to July 2nd for 32 points.
They do have a 1BR for all nights at 105 points.

Sorry, there is only one night available in BW. Saratoga is the only one that has all nights for preferred studio at 86 points
