Updated/Accurate TS prices?

We have a trip coming up at the end of May, and are using the DDP. However, we have a couple extra TS meals added in, and will need to pay OOP for 2 meals (actually short 3 TS credits, but will pay OOP for CRT and one other). I've been trying to find prices the restaurants we are eating at so that we can figure out (1) how much to plan for tips on meals that we use TS credits for and (2) how much the total meal will be so I can figure out which meals to pay OOP (and how much to plan on paying for those meals).

Anyone have a website that is pretty up to date/accurate on meal pricing? I have found a pretty wide range of prices for the same restaurants on different websites. I know there can be some variance based on seasonal pricing, just trying to get as close as we can for planning purposes.

Tusker House (breakfast)
Ohana (breakfast)
Biergarten (dinner)
Ohana (dinner)
Crystal Palace (dinner)
Hollywood & Vine (Fantasmic dinner)

I'll make it easy for you...you'll want to pay for either Tusker House or O'hana OOP. No dessert included for breakfast anyway, so you'd lose that option, plus breakfast is generally the cheapest meals.
