460 AKV points available for rent or transfer at $20pp. 270 December 2025 use year, so points don't expire until 11/30/2026, plus can borrow up to 190 December 2026 use year points for reservations after 12/1/2025. The points have not been banked or borrowed. Only the 270 2025 UY points are available for transfer.
Able to book up to 11 months in advance at Animal Kingdom Villas, and reservations at all DVC properties except Riviera, Villas at Disneyland Hotel, or Cabins at Fort Wilderness up to 7 months in advance.
Prefer to book or transfer as close to all of these points as possible.
I have rented on this board several times the last few years. I will provide a rental agreement for legal protection and assurances of both parties, which includes a refund clause (can discuss full details when working through agreement).
Payment through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Wise, or other agreed upon method, and willing to discuss payment terms. If the reservation is before 12/1/2025, I will require a deposit as I would have to borrow those points into this use year and that can't be undone.
I'm happy to take requests for checking availability, but please take the time to try and check availability yourself to limit requests for difficult to book rooms. While only refreshed a few times per day, the first link on Google when searching "DVC Availability Tool" should give you a rough idea of room availability and points required before requesting an official DVC site search from me.
Willing to try and go after AKV Value or Club rooms if the request is more than 11 months out and for an extra $1pp (depending on reservation size), but no guarantees there as I have yet to be able to snag one of those rooms.
