UPDATE: Who Do I Call?

Well, I might have received a better answer from Ghostbusters , but I called CRO anyway.

She told me that she never even heard that Disney Quest might be closing. She "seemed" very surprised. Although she never actually said it definitely wasn't. I asked her if there was some way I could exchange my UPH's for another hopper in case it did, and she said that probably wouldn't be a problem.

So, in the end, who knows?

Well my first guess was Ghostbusters but I don't think they can help you in this particular situation.

I would just call CRO and see if they can give you the info or transfer you to someone who might know something.

Seriously you could call CRO or maybe even Disney Quest direct. I would hate to see it close, John-Cole loves it there...they do need to update but closing completly doesn't sound realistic. Its a HUGE building.

Of course, you might just get "no plans to the feature you're asking about have been announced at this time"
