Finally, a resolution! I previously posted about a problem I ran into with Disney Reservations - It pertained to a booking for ds and his wife with my AAA card. I phoned the 1-800 # given to me on this board, told them my problem and said I'd just as soon cancel ds reservation. The cm was wonderful, seemed to understand my predicament, and offered for $28 including tax an upgrade to PO Riverside. I immediately took the offer. I made sure she understood that this was a birthday present. I'm NOT staying in the room with ds and his wife. I'm just paying for it. We were able to find a discount where I don't have to check in with him. Whew! Feels like a weight off of my shoulders. This cm was helpful & attentive. She took a bad situation and improved it. I feel much better.
