***UPDATE***Pixie Dust Needed. DH has an interview Monday 1/13!!!!

........***UPDATE*** The interview went GREAT. He was there for 3 hours! and met a few church members besides the search committee. He said the sanctuary is gorgeous (the church was built in the 1800's) and that the people are wonderful. One committee member said I like your committment to family and the fact you are young! He showed the pictures of the kids, the baby was a big hit and he had lots of offers of babysitting. Now we play the waiting game. They want to meet me and give me the official tour. So we wait........I hate waiting! Thank you all for your prayers and pixie dust. I'll keep you updated!




I've sent e-mails to everyone I know and now I'm asking all of you to keep Rev. DH in your prayers tomorrow evening.

DH is a UCC minister and he has an interview with a FABULOUS church that is within minutes of all of my family. The church has lots of great things about it, including many members in our age group (30-40's), excellent music, and lots of things going. In fact, in all of our research, we aren't finding too many negative things, if any!

We have lived here, over an hour from "home", for 5 1/2 years and I've never really liked it. Plus the church he now serves is just not that great! It's time to move on. And to be back near family and "home" is our dream. So far, things in the search process look very good

So please send a little p&pd our way. The big interview is at 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13 and with a little luck I'll be annoucing that we are moving in the next few weeks.
