I live an hour away from and have clothes and stuff if you still need for Nick. Let me know.

Disney's on site day care is supposed to be top notch.

Anyplace that you look for, let them know that you'll be disney CMs. There are lots of places that discount to WDW cast. One of the places I was scoping out when moving was in Clermont-Cagan's Crossing. If you do go to Clermont, there's a few places to avoid-I can PM you those if you'd like.

Good luck. Moving here was one of the best things I could have done-in more ways that I could have expected.
