jeast - the Doubletree was almost destroyed during the 2004 hurricanes, but they have done a great job of putting it back together - I have never stayed there, but my adult kids have and they like the idea of being on the beach - this time especially for you can witness the nesting of the turtles and if this is something you have never seen, it is an amazing experience - From May to September is the nesting season.
