Update on SteveH's wife's biopsy

I just got off of the phone with Steve. He said the doctor's are 98% sure it is Hodgkin's Disease. The doctors said that if she had to have cancer, this is the one to have. The doctors said it hasn't spread and that she will have about 6 months of treatment (chemo) and that there is a 98% survival rate.

They'll find out the staging, etc. of the cancer next week or so. Steve hasn't seen Nicole yet and he doesn't think she knows yet, but she will soon. She is still in recovery.

In any case, it looks like our good thoughts and prayers have helped with a very good prognosis, so let's keep it up.

Since I've never spoken to Steve before so I found it difficult to judge his voice. My guess would be that he was a bit shaken but feeling positive overall.
