The X called today, Saber went in yesterday, and 7 days on the lysoderm for crohns disease....
his number was 30 now its 11, but they say its still elevated. He wasnt sure what the number was- Im guessing one of the hormones that the pituitary or adrenal gland secretes....He has to stay on the pills for another 7 days in hopes to bring it down to where it belongs- which of course, he forgot to ask where that is. He goes back Thursday for more blood work and then hopefully he will get the pills only 2x a week.
He did say that his hair/skin is looking better, and he doesnt seem to be drinking as much as he was.
Hopefully this medicine will work...my dd's in the past year have lost a cat and dd8 lost Sparkles her hamster...
if anyone has a dog thats been diagnosed with crohns disease, and was put on this med, please let me know the outcome!
Thanks
Brandy
