Hi everybody,

just thought it might also be of interest to those of you looking at staying at Sequoia Lodge in the near future:

We are off to Disneyland next Monday and have booked a Montana Room at Sequoia Lodge.
I just e-mailed the Sequoia Lodge front desk asking about the state of renovations and if the Montana Rooms were still all in the lodges. I got a very kind e-mail back in less than an hour (wow, well done, Disney! :flower3:) saying that the first and second floor of the main building were now also all renovated, and we would be allocated a room there.

Hi and Hallo !

I´ve just booked the SQL too.

Can you please give me the email address you used ?

Have been reading your wonderful WDW dining reviews and hope you will consider doing the same for your DLP trip :goodvibes.

Or even better - a full trip report??????

Wow, thank you for reading! :flower3:
I had so hoped to finish the last WDW dining report before this upcoming trip, but I'm afraid I won't manage that.
I am definitely thinking about a dining report from DLP too - but I'll have to finish the WDW one first! :rolleyes1

I just have booked sequoia too, for december, i have booked a room in the main building, i really want a renovated room, when should i sent an email to request that? 1 week in advance ? 2 weeks?

I love sequioa lodge and have been looking at staying there in march x

I think a week or ten days in advance is about the right time. Will be sending a chancer email to them myself later this month. fingers crossed for everyone!

I sent my e-mail five days before our trip.

And just for the record: The room we got was wonderful! The Cast Member who checked me in upon arrival greeted me with "Oh, you are the one who sent us an e-mail", and said they had a really nice room for me - so apparently they still do not get a lot of those e-mails :)

We had a newly-renovated corner room with windows on two sides and a bit of a lake view, very nice. So in hindsight, I'm really glad I sent that e-mail!
