I promised an update on the situation when we returned and here it is. Everything went fine in fact my husband helped to watch over a 9 year old who was separated from her parents. Another passenger offered to move but she choose to stay in the seat and talk with my 8 year old. They had a great time and my husband was across the aisle in case of emergency. My email to Jet Blue was answered when we checked in for our return trip and we were placed together. I did see a couple move so a mother could be near to her 8/9 year old child with no problems. All of my worrying was for naught just like so many of you said everything worked out.

Just wanted to update.

P.S. we had a great time in disney too.

Thats great I think they relax the you must sit in the seat assigned rules of old.

Also many just will move as they don't want to be delayed and know it's just the right thing to do in most cases.

We fly SW and have never had anything but an A so we get to sit together.

Glad you had a great time atthe World as well

Glad to hear that all went smoothly. :cool1: We just got back a few days ago from our own Disney trip! Hope you had a blast! :goodvibes

Thanks for posting. So glad it worked out for you. It's nice to know there are still people out there willing to help people out.

I'm glad to hear it all worked out, but was certain it would. Glad you had a great family vacation.
