Update on my dad

I had posted a couple of weeks ago that there was the possibility that my dad may have bladder cancer. The test results are in and he does have bladder cancer. I went with him to the doctor last week for the test results. The doctor stated that of the six areas biopsied, three were malignant. He did say that the cancer has not invaded the muscle wall and it is in the early stages. He was suppose to begin BCG treatments tomorrow. But he now has an ear infection and shingles and the first treatment has been pushed back a week. The doctor did not give us any outlook on prognosis. He just basically told us that it is a wait and see situation. I am not the best at wait and see. If you could please continue to keep my dad in your prayers, I would be eternally grateful.

I know the waiting game is hard. I've been there with my dad and his cancer several years ago. Maybe your dad will have a fighting chance to beat this dreaded disease since the cancer was caught at an early stage.
