I reweighed myself this morning... and I am down 3 pounds!!!

Now don't go wasting any more energy on being disappointed with yourself! Be good to yourself, be gentle, be kind, be patient and know that YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS no matter what!!!!!

Hang in there and stay positive! It does take time for these wonderful changes to transform our bodies, but it's so worth it in the end! Every day that you are faithful to your program brings you a day closer to reaching your goal!!!
