Update on DCA reno

Can someone bring me up to date on what is going on??? Ive been trying to find something regarding what is happening and when... I know that in the next month or so they are taking the sun off the swinging gondolas and putting up the Mickey head, but what about other renos??? Like the DCA letters and the closure to the front gates?
