In my dining report I included the very bad experience we had at Wolfgang Pucks in mid-February. Bad food, bad service and bad attitudes. Lots of problems with accomodations for DH's wheelchair. I wrote the manager a long letter when I returned. I didn't really expect anything from it, because their business is not made from repeat customers - meaning that even if everyone who ate there that night never came back, their business would not suffer.
However, in my letter, I made a point of stating that we had bought DVC and would be returning to WDW several times per year. Not sure if that made any difference but today a received a form letter from the manager along with a gift certificate for $35. We will take MIL there for coffee and dessert there one night while we are there in November. Hopefully our experience will be better.
