Update on Annie (Standard Poodle)

I spoke with her vet today and he said; "I think she wants to live today, yesterday I wasn't sure". He was really worried. Diagnosis: Severe gastritis from NSAIDS. Orthopedic diagnosis: old arthritic bone chip. She needs to fully recover from the gastritis and can't come home until Thursday. She will have surgery a week from Thursday to remove the chip. It absolutely must be done or she will continue to have severe imflamation and limited movement. If I were to go and visit her, she would be upset that she can't come home. I know she is in good hands.
