I saw the thread last week seeking Easy Bake ovens and wanted to let everyone know that our Walmart had several just yesterday. And they are NOT the recalled ones.
They are the Easy Bake Oven and Snack Center and they look a little like a microwave from the front. However, they load from the side and that is the key regarding the recall. The front-loaders were recalled, and were a completely different model. These are not the "cool" cooking ones someone mentioned. They cook with heat.....maybe even a lightbulb. I'm not sure.
They were right next to the Disney ovens. I didn't price check because DD already has an Easy Bake. But I thought I'd pass this info along since Christmas is just around the corner.
