Update! Gas dropped again! 1.94

Just saw it today. I wasn't sure we would ever see gas under 2.00 again. Wow. Let's hope it lasts a while. By the way, I live in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Checked on gas buddy. The lowest available is now 1.94.

I got home from Dubai a month ago from a work assignment and I was paying $1.42 a gallon there and was shocked to see gas at $3.00 gallon when I got home.

This makes me mad. It is 2.42 here. All the oil is refined here, I have to drive past the ugly refineries all the time. You get the Hill Country and cheaper gas! What is up with that?

Hey I was excited to pay $2.49 at Walmart yesterday!!!

I actually have money left on my Walmart shopping card (I use for gas to get it cheaper) for the month!!! Usually I am on fumes the last few days before the end of the month. I put $100 on card each payday and hope it is enough. This month I actually have $60 left on the card!! Of course I have cut back on driving as well because of no money to spend but this is looking great. Of course I know it will not last.

It's still $2.12 here in Tulsa. For some reason, Central Oklahoma has had much cheaper gas than Eastern Oklahoma lately. We love filling up in Norman after football games, because occasionally it's been like 30 cents cheaper!

It's cheaper here than anywhere else nearby. $.30 higher a few miles north in San Marcos. San Antonio usually has some of the lowest prices in the country.

OPEC will make sure we are all bending over. We have lower prices too (2.50) but I heard that OPEC is cutting back on production to keep the prices up....nice.

Makes you wonder how in the world they can sell it for so little when 2 months ago it was $2 more per gallon...

What has changed? Did they suddenly find a way to make it cheaper?
