UPDATE!!!! 4PM

It's not a blood clot!!! I explained my symptoms to the Dr, and he started mashing on my neck. It hurt so bad, I amost cried. He sent me to Xray, and I have a herniated disc and a pinched nerve. THANK GOD!!! And thank YOU ALL for your prayers!!! I'm so relieved. Dr gave me a bunch of meds, steroids, muscle relaxers and such. I'll have to see which med side effects I can deal with taking care of the kids solo, and which symptoms I can live with for now. I also have to go to Physical therapy!!!
I'm so relieved!! Again, thank you. You all are awesome!
