We rented 75 points today 01/06/05...We have 4 point banked points from 2004 remaining to rent. We decided to bank the remaining 32 points for 2005.

Hi Everyone,
My wife and I are fairly new members to DVC (November 2003) but definitely not new to WDW or Disneyland! We're expecting our 1st child (a boy) in April 2005 and we won't be making any trips to WDW or DL in the next year or so. We have 111 points available for rent at $9.00 per point:

Home Resort - Saratoga Springs (February use year)
79 banked points from use year 2004
32 points available in February 2005

The strange banked and remaining 2005 point totals are a result of studio reservations at Vero Beach in September 2004 that had to rescheduled to another resort due to the hurricanes. We decided to book a 2 bedroom at Saratoga Springs for the same dates and it was well worth borrowing 2005 points. Although I'm new to the DIS boards, I've been a verified PayPal member since December 2002 and will accept PayPal, money order, or a certified check for payment.

Congratulations on your baby boy. I had my first boy (I have 3 now, and a girl) in April 1997. I'm voting for the name Blaine. That sounds like a fine name for a Disney fan.
