UPDATE #293 FINAL LIST : DVC Christmas Tree, Sharing Holiday Magic!

Just so you know... all I do is send some trees when I am told too ( I got em might as well use em)... it is wdwstar that does ALL the work!!

I know last year having a tree in our room was the touch that put it over the top... Oh and the lights on the balcony... loved the lights on our BWView balcony..... so cheery. We waved at our room a lot while walking around the lake.... lol

Hmmm BCV traveling tree is spending NO time at BCV???

What I did was make out labels for each person to use for the next person on the list... SO I send the tree down to the first person on the list.... and include the labels for the others, so all the next person has to do it tape it to the box..... This year I will also attach a master list to the outside of the box incase someone for some reason doesnt pick it up (or bell services looses it, which is rare) that way they package will have everyone's name on the outside.....

Also I strongly suggest everyone print out the list of everyone who is to get the tree and take that with them.... just as a reference point.

POOHJ80 you are on the list, you are just on the BCV traveling tree list, that means the BCV Tree will be visiting other dvc resorts to help out with the waitlist families. At this point you are the first family on that list, so LauraBearz maybe sending the BCV Tree straight to SSR for you. Then you might have to just drop the tree off at OKW for the next family.

Yes I know and thanks. I was just responding to the comment that the BCV traveling tree wasn't making any stops at the BCV. We are not currently at BCV, but are on the waitlist so maybe the BCV traveling tree will actually get a stop at the BCV.

The reason i listed the Traveling Tree as the BCV Tree #3 ,
because all the DVC resorts have 3 trees except for the BCV, since the BCV are popular and the BCV are sold out for christmas i thought we would need a third tree there, but since the waitlist was growing very fast, i decided to turn the BCV tree #3 into the traveling tree to share the tree with more dvc families that are staying at the other dvc resorts.

Yes, i do to see its that we have a BCV Tree #3 that will probably never see the BCVs


M&C i will put you on a waitlist for the BCV, but at this time your dates are not available at the BCVs.

Our family will be at BWV from 12-3 to 12-9. We would be happy to bridge the gap on BWV tree #3, from the 4th to the 7th. We'll be staying in a 1bdr standard.
