UPDATE 2/18/21: DVC AP (sorry if this has been asked before!)

Got the “407, Lake Buena Vista” call today. Bought platinum pass - they would not give a renewal rate; they’re not selling platinum plus for those interested. I did get DVC discount. I was able to buy 4 passes for my family. CM was great as always! All total - 3 weeks and 1 day for call back.

UPDATE: got the call today!!! 3 weeks +1 day since I originally called them. Have patience...they'll get to you!

I got my call last night. Because I have a trip coming up in 2 weeks they called me earlier (only 2 weeks on the waitlist). I was actually on a call with a tech person who called on my behalf while she was working on my dvc tech problems. She verified I was on the recovery list and they offered to bump me up with my trip coming up and she had to verify I was staying on property. It was really some pixie dust since they still can’t get my DVC website to work properly or at all sometimes and that had to be escalated to another tech team and I still have an open ticket on that issue. I was able to repurchase our gold dvc APs for us and for my daughter and her family. I paid the current new gold dvc ap price...$711 ($755 after tax). May not be exact price, I’ll check and update. Considering the frustrating time it took to get back all 7 refunds which spanned a wait of 2-9 months, this definitely helped heal that painful process.

btw, the current wait time for call back is now 1 month. They are very backlogged. I guess the word is out and more folks are calling in. I hesitated calling until we had our vaccines and that’s been done too now.
