Thanks for the quick reply!!

I would greatly appreciate your checking availability on Monday. We
currently have reservations for this date at the SWAN at the teacher rate of
$129/night but I've read a couple of reviews lately that make me unsure
about staying there. I can cancel without penalty so if your reservation
comes through, we'd be all set!

Can you provide any further info. about the Beach Club - I've never been to
that area but I've stayed at the Grand Floridian a few times and I see that
the Beach Club is listed in the same category. Also, I read somewhere that
when you go DVC style, you stay in a "studio" instead of hotel-type room.
What are the amenities? Any specifics you could provide would be greatly
appreciated!

$10 a point is agreed and I'm a registered PAYPAL user so the transaction
between us seems like it would be a breeze. Would the total be $700 or is
there tax (or other charges) added?
