I'm not sure where to post this ? - we have an upcoming trip and I suffer at night with vertigo, nausea and stomach upset late into the night. I have meds that if I take them at 9:30pm I'm pretty good until 4:30 my dilemma comes at 4:30 I usually wake up sneak out of the bedroom, turn on tv and make a peppermint tea and lurke on this boards for a couple of hours at most and then I can fall back asleep for an hour or more if I'm on vacation. So any helpful suggestions not to disturb my dh and dd this early? Is the coffee maker noisey? Do they have wireless in the room so I can bring my laptop? Any helpful hints will be GREATLY APPRECIATED.
