upcoming "ice" princess movie?????

No, I'm not talking about the live action movie, Ice Princess.

About a year ago (just after TS3 came out in theaters) I saw something online about Disney's upcoming animated movies: Tangled, Brave and the third one was about an ice princess. But stupidly I didn't bookmark the site. I was wondering if there was any new information on the movie. I tried searching the internet, but came up with nothing.

Does anybody know what I'm talking about? Does it have a title yet?

There's been a rumor about Disney making a "Snow Queen" movie for many, many, many years now. It isn't clear if it's based off the fairy tale or a different story or an original story or what, but there's definitely concept art of it floating around out there. It's also unclear whether or not it's ever actually going to happen.

A lot of concept art is floating around online. Harald Sieperman has shared a great deal of character designs for "Snow Queen" on this page (scroll about a quarter of the way down; she's the pretty sourpuss with blue hair.)
