Upcoming HHI stay

We will be staying at HHI in three weeks. We have a two bedroom. I have done some searching but can't seem to find the exact answer to my questions. Are the two bedrooms located on upper floors? Is there a building with an elevator, my mom and stairs don't mix well? Will any of the two bedrooms have a marsh view? Thank you in advance.

First, only the main lodge has an elevator. Every other building has stairs. And the only way you can have a 2 BR is the main lodge is by requesting a HA 2 BR-then they put a 1 BR and studio together, so it will be a HA 2 BR lock-off. In the other buildings, even the first floor is one flight of stairs up (for required feet above sea level, I think). The second floor is 2 flights up.
