UO Seasonal Pass newbie questions

Just bought 2 passes today for my trip with my db in April. We are staying on site on our arrival day ubering over early from WDW. I asked to have them in my UO app wallet. They are in there by name but there is a cross in front as they haven't been activated I guess. What is the fastest way to get my tickets? Also, can my db get his own UO app and have his own ticket in there?

Following: I bought annual passes for me and two kids. I loaded all passes into my phone. Then my daughter wanted her own account so we created it. It would not let me load her annual pass since it was on my phone. I might be doing it wrong so hopefully someone else will chime in.

Just wanted to let you know, we did create pass for my daughter and I was able to put in my credit card info so she can use Universal pay.
