We were thinking of staying one night at UO before heading to Disney -- all three hotels are sold out for January 27th and 28th of '07. Is that really possible? Is there an event I'm missing? Or do the hotels at UO frequently sell out six months in advance for weekends?

that is a really busy time, but fully sold out? wow. where are you checking? are you a Loews First member? they *have* to find you a room if you are.

I've been checking for the 1st week in Jan, & it's showing as "sold out" also. I think it's more likely that they're not booking Jan. of '07 yet.

haggy, that being a loews first member and the right to have a room doesn't work anymore.

it didn't for me last year when i wanted to switch and when my friend could not get a room being a gold member.

i know you have perks being a loews first member but when these hotels sell out, you are out of luck.

and that stinks...... :rolleyes1

I didn't think the hotels were available to book for 2007 yet :confused3

I really think they just haven't posted rates for that time of year. I checked a few dates on the Loews site and they all came up unavailable.

We stayed onsite this past January (29-Feb 1.) and the parks and hotels were dead. Best of all we got the RPR for $129 a night. I waited untill mid December to reserve the room, tho.

Best bet, call up reserve a room, then watch the rates, cancel your res. and book another room when they post the 2007 rates online.

You need to book by phone, not available to book online yet. Several people, myself included, have booked various dates for 2007.
