UO and IOA crowds OUTSIDE HP

We are doing a last minute 'extra' trip over 4th of July (have annuals to Disney and Universal) and my son wanted to go to UO and IOA to do the coasters and not necessarily HP. In November we did all of it on a low crowd day. (and HP was not even crowded and I felt claustrophopic!)

So my question for those there now is how are the crowds at UO in general and the lines for IOA coasters and such? We would probably do late afternoon/early evening if we go and we would completely avoid the weekend and the 4th.
