Oh yeah, hellish heat here in SoCal...
Oh please, let the weather realize it's FALL and chill out a bit! Praying to the goddess for 70-80 degree temps when we visit in early November. We last went in September and melted and despite having access to the GCH pools, I don't want a repeat experience!
It's 80-something today, and it's too hot. Disneyland always feels warmer anyway.
It does feel warmer, doesn't it? We are going for MHP on Friday, and it's supposed to be a little bit cooler by then...but not much. We also won't be arriving until around 3:00, so we'll only have a few hours of heat before the sun goes down.
80 degrees is even way too hot for what fall should be. It's 80-something today, and it's too hot. Disneyland always feels warmer anyway. If it were 67 or 70 degrees, it would still feel warmer -- but comfortable for everyone!
The icky thing is that it hasn't even been cooling down much at night, unless it's like quite late at night (at least it's been that way in my area). It's been muggy. Stupid humidity!
It's chilly!!!!!!It's gray and gloomy!
The air is damp!
It's not a bubbling cauldron of death tonight!!! I almost just ran to the closet to get a light sweater (and then changed my mind)!!!!!
There is a breeze!!!!!
It won't last beyond today, most likely, but enjoy the cool air tonight if you happen to be heading to MHP!
'll the weather sites have temp significantly lower than what they were showing just a couple of days ago. Instead of 90's 3 days next week and high 80's the rest of the days, it is now low-mid 80's and a couple of days in the 70's! I really hope it stays that way - or goes even lower. We are so used to cool weather up where we live (even in Summer) that anything over 84 is sweltering hot.
Woo hoo! The heat wave has been canceled faster than Light Magic! I hope this forecast sticks. It looks so much more pleasant for the week and Monday's party will be incredible with a high of 76!
Do the forecasts usually fluctuate this dramatically in SoCal? Are we out of the woods or could the heatwave return?
