Unusual hidden Mickeys

This past summer was our first trip to the world. Although we were not looking for them we noticed several hidden Mickeys. One that jumped right out at me was at the Liberty Tree Tavern. While sitting and eating lucnh I noticed a map on the wall. It looked like one of the old world type maps with several projections of the earth. Sure enough there were 3 projections shaped in the familiar mickey configuration. Now I find myself looking for hidden mickeys at home. Does anyone else do this? Recent ones include the wing nut on a small wooden gate and one on my cat's butt believe it or not.

I have a picture but I guess I cant post it. Can anyone help?

We took my DGD to WDW in Dec., 2003. She was really good at finding Hidden Mickeys. We arrived home several days after she and her family did (Grandma and Grandpa got to spend an extra week at WDW after the cruise!). She came to see me the day we returned home, and asked for a glass of water. She went to get a glass from the shelf where I keep things she can use, and she started to giggle, and then really started laughing so hard! I couldn't imagine what could be so funny in my kitchen.

Apparently, during my absence, my cat had knocked over a container of baking soda and some of it spilled on the shelf with the glasses. When DGD picked up a glass, she noticed that, if she took two more of them too, there would be a Hidden Mickey on my shelf! I'm not sure what happened, but I've never been able to get the stain off the shelf, so, to this day, I have a Hidden Mickey in my kitchen!

OK. Here is a really silly one outside of the parks. We were watching American Idol last week when the women competed. Nadia, who IMHO has an outstanding voice, has unusual hair. She had it pulled up on top of her head in an interview and had it separated into 2 pigtails. My DH looked at me and said with the 2 round hair things (ears) and her beautiful face (Face) she looked like a hidden Mickey! (I think that we have been to WDW too much )

Inside the MK, I like the fishing bobbers in Splash Mountain. They are grouped in threes and are hidden Mickeys!

We love looking for hidden Mickeys!! My son had minor surgery Monday and as he was GROGGILY coming out of it he said"Look Mom a hidden mickey!" Now the doctor and the nurse who was standing in the room thought my son was hallucinating from the anesthesia!!! But he apparently "saw" something on the divider curtain!

We noticed at AK lodge that the three African art wicker bowls that were displayed on the wall of our room were arranged in a hidden Mickey.

While watching Nemo the other night, I noticed a hidden Mickey in the aquarrium. I had never paid attention to it before. So, I was quite thrilled. I kept rewinding it showing everyone else, lol. Now, I catch myself looking other places for them. I'm hooked. I can't wait to get to WDW and look for them now!!!! 13 more days!!!!!!!!

We went to see Robots at the movies and I kept saying to DD look it's a Hidden Mickey. lol it's not even a disney movie I swear I really did see them 34 more days , 34 more days

Had PalMickey at Epcot a couple of weeks ago and as we were by the Railroad by Germany, Mickey tells me all about Hidden Mickey's and that Minnie hid one for him.
I found a miniture Mickey in on of the Castle Windows (not what I think of when it's a Hidden Mickey) or is there another hidden Mickey in there.

My favorite one is at MGM's Mickey's Hollywood store. They have a piece of amber from Jurassic Park, and inside it are three air bubbles that form a hidden mickey! Absolutely awesome hidden mickey!
