Unused Placeholder

We have 3 cruises booked between Feb. 2019 and May 2020
I have one unused OBB, that I don't think we will use before early Oct. 2019.
What happens when it expires? Do I have to call or do they automatically refund the $250 to my credit card?
I would prefer for them just to put it toward one of my upcoming cruises, can they do that?

We accidentally had one expire and it refunded to our credit card. I would call and ask if you can apply the funds to a cruise instead.

You might be able to get the $250 moved to one of the new cruises, but you won't be able to transfer the OBB benefits to those unfortunately.

Yes, I know hard to loose one, but just can't see a way to use it with 3 booked.

Could always plan a quick weekend cruise lol. I have a placeholder used for a booking that we are cancelling and I'm trying to convince my Fiance to move it to a quick little cruise we could easily do lol.
