Hi -

I haven't gone to WDW since October 2003. Seems like a lot has changed. Can you please help answer a few questions as we're looking to go back in November of this year?

1) I got old Park Hopper tickets but am not sure how many days are left on each. Can I take them to a Disney store to have them checked? Can I write the serial number down and e-mail it to Disney and have them checked? Would prefer not to wait until I get there to buy tickets if I don't have to.

2) My daughter is 9 but is tall for her age. Have anyone been stopped by a CM ask to produce proof of age? I could bring her birth certificate but is it really necessary?

Thanks for your help!

1) The only way you can check for unused days left on tickets is AT WDW.
This is their policy.

2) Don't need a birth certificate. They will take your word for it.
