I bought a 3-day hopper for a friend just before the Covid shutdown. I linked it to my account and it put it in my name instead of hers. Fast forward a year and a half. I bought a dream key, I don't live nearby, and I would like to use that hopper for my friend,but it says it's not transferable. Is there some way I can put it back in her name? I can't get through to anyone on the phone. Anyone know of a number to call or... ? I need to make our reservations asap, assuming they let us transfer. We can't wait to do it at a ticket booth if that's even an option.
