Unused days on tickets from 1995

My parents recently found some old park-hopper tickets with unused days on them from 1995. Two have one day left on them, one has two days and one has three days left. They gave them to me, and I plan to take them with us on our next trip to have them converted to use in the future. However, I was 12 during that trip and only one ticket was mine. The tickets have our signatures on them, but this was before the days of fingerprint-scanning. Has anyone had any trouble making this conversion, and does it matter who uses them once they convert them into current ticket media? Also, they're not eligible to upgraded once they convert them, correct? Thanks!

While technically the tickets are non-transferable, once they are upgraded to the new ticket media, there will be nothing linking the tickets to any one person so they can be used by anyone. And no, they are not eligible for upgrade, meaning adding days.

I haven't done this in person, but a couple years back I added old tickets to our MDE account and we just used our magic bands to access the tickets, no need to go to guest services and get the plastic tickets with the RFID chips. Our tickets weren't as old as yours. Ours were from 2007. There were instructions on MDE for how to add old tickets to your MDE account. Our tickets were old enough they didn't have the current bar code number to add. I had to click to a different screen which would accept ticket numbers from older tickets. If you already have an MDE account and magic bands, you could try this method.

Ditto.
