Unused AP Refundable?

I literally just bought 2 AP passes a couple days ago....and we had a conflict and cannot make the trip. Any idea if we can get our money back? These are unused .....

They state non refundable. Your pass does not start until activation and there is not a time limit on that. I upgraded 2 in my party this trip and bought a pass for my kiddo that could not make this trip. I’m not sure when she will activate it, but I am sure that passes won’t go down. That being said, you have nothing to lose by calling Universal and asking.

Do you think you will ever go to Universal? If so, you can use the passes then. Unused APs don’t expire.
