He will be fine. I have full faith that he can take care of them... He has done it before, he watched them for a week when my dad died. Even though they didnt get a bath the whole time I was gone, and ate no veggies... they were still alive when I got back. He knows that if he has any trouble, he can go over to his moms house. Besides... he is looking forward to getting a little one on one time with them. I think he needs this... Plus, he might appreciate me a little more when I get back!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

DS3 wants to be in a booster seat like big brother, so he pulls down the top buckle on the 5 point harness so it's close to the bottom buckle, then slips his arms through the seatbelt straps (so basically it's only functioning as a lap belt.) It drives me nuts! And when I catch him I threaten him to get it back, or I will PULL OVER.

He has also unbuckled himself. All of a sudden I heard a click, and DS7 freaked! "Mamaaaaa! He's unbuckled!" I have no idea how DS3 did it, but he really got a lecture on that one. His little ears were blistered, and he nearly cried. So did I, I was so upset! :scared1:

Oh, and his latest fascination is the car door. I don't know what he was thinking, but DH undid the child lock on the door, so I'm flying down a road and all of a sudden the door is open! :scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

I pulled over and DS3 got it closed, but MAN! I figured out how to lock it again, and asked DH, "WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?!?!?!" He said he meant to unlock it for DS7 because it's a hassle to walk around the car to let him out. He wasn't thinking, he just unlocked them both. Personally, I'm OK with BOTH THEIR BUTTS staying put until i let them out. Now DS3 has figured out that he can get out of the car by going to his brother's door. :sad2:

Mikalah is in a 5pt. that can be used as a booster... and thats how we use it. Heck, she is almost to big for it on that! She has learned how to unbuckle her brother... :headache: That is fun. He gets so mad!! But at least he can fix himself. I think that she is going to be out of her booster before ALex is!:lmao: :lmao:

ARGH!! Dh had some friends in the car with him, and he tool off her lock, and she did the SAME thing! Opens the car door. I understand him taking it off for his friend, but HELLO!! When we have Houdini for a daughter, fix it!

YIKES! It's nearly midnight! :scared1:

Those boys are going to be up early, I'll bet. DS3 slept part of the night in DS7's room last night. He brought the pillow and some blankets from his own room and curled up on DS7's floor next to his bed, so DH let him stay (figuring he'd make his way to our room after a few minutes.) To our surprise he stayed most of the night, but woke around 6 AM and was WIDE AWAKE. So then he came into our room and woke us up, snuggled, wiggled, and generally was a pain in the butt. :rotfl:

DH says he hasn't slept so well in years. Me, not so much (because he came in so dang early!) But maybe this will spur DH to help work to get him back into his own bed! :thumbsup2

So off to bed I go. Good night, and "see you" tomorrow. :cloud9:

This is making my head hurt, I'm watching an old episode of Grey's on Lifetime.. the soundtrack is out of sync. The sound arrives a few moments before the lips move, looks really odd- like watching the old ninja movies with the translations. :rotfl2:

YES!!! Use this opportunity to push dh into getting the little fella in his own bed!! Just think of how much better you all will sleep!:cloud9: I couldnt believe the difference after putting Mikalah in her own bed. Now she wont come sleep with me at all. She is LOVING it, and sleeping way better. But I dont get the snuggle time anymore. Oh well... cant have your cake and eat it too I guess.

Night!!
