Dh got home early from work, so we decided to go to Joes this morning. He is looking for a scope. That was about as much fun as washing Mikalahs hair. But I got some new crocs... Then we came home and watched a really cute movie. Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium... VERY cute! Then I went to the grocery store and picked up some whatnots. Now I am home warming up some BBQ pork in the crock pot.

I just finished watching Under the Tuscan Sun and now I'm watching The Bridges of Madison County. Guess it's a chick flick night!

Beyonce and Jay-Z finally got married. Or so they say.

I had never heard of them until all this fuss about them getting married.

But I do remember when Princess Di and Prince Charles got married!

Hello Hyenas,
I'm posting with my phone. My bf took me to a Filippino restaraunt for lunch. The food was good and it's a small place. They have a nice eating area in a separate room. The TV was on and we were laughing at this weird filippino pageant show that involved singing and dancing. The singing was horrible and people around us who were watching kept saying : "Oh my God!'and making a face as if someone was scratching a chalkboard with their nails.


I bought some filippino pastries for his mom and we visited her for a bit. Then we went to the mall (didn't go yesterday) and I went to Sanrio. My bf wanted to look for somethin in Target there.

We watched Run Fat Boy Run which stars the same guy from Hot Fuzz and Shawn of the Dead. It was really funny and you guys should see it! It even has a ED joke which made me immediately think of Alex! It had some cute moments too. There was a group of people sitting next to us....appeared to be in their late 60's and they were cracking up the entire time.


We went to Office Depot and now we are headed to more stores and then to dinner. Hope u guys had a great day.


Oh and congrats to your DD Lynn for doing well on the entrance test. That's really cool!

You have so much experience with different foods that maybe when I pick a type of food I'll ask your advice on what to order.

Dh and I try to do that.. Or we used to anyways. When we were first together, we used to hit all sorts of different types of places. It worked out really well with Alex, he is so open to trying all different types of food. Mikalah on the other hand, has not experienced all that. So she is a pickier eater.

So Megan... How was your day?

okay I guess. Dh came home from work early, Around 9 or so. I wasnt expecting him for another 2 hours or so... So I was happy! We went out, and Mikalah was a turd. SO we came home.
My hair is driving me nuts though. It is so freaking long, and everytime I mention cutting it dh gets his panties all in a bunch. Noooo... I like it long. Its all good and well for him, he doesnt have to wake up with his hair stuck under his arms.

Hmmm.. Sounds interesting. Anything else going on?

Just worrying about dh's work. Same ole, same ole. He has asked about going t day shift. i dont know what will happen if he does.

Will he get a pay cut?
Maybe.

Less hours... More hours?
I dunno yet. but most importantly, I will have to share my bed with him EVERY NIGHT. He is a big guy, and he snores.

He wants to go to first because he is missing so much time with the kids. He doesnt want to be on nights when Mikalah starts school. He misses Alex like crazy, and he would be DONE if he didnt get to spend time with Mikalah.

We have tried switching his sleep schedule around so he is up in the evening, but it is not working for him. He just cant get the swing of it. I dont know... Just thinking "outloud" I guess.
