You do know that you can use your fingers to type on the laptop and not your toes don't you?Can you tell I'm feeling better?
REALLY?? WELL THAT EXPLAINS EVERYTHING.. OHHH OOPS
sorry for shouting, my big toe was stuck on the caps lock.

Its like eating mushy sand. YUK!
hmm, does stiff sand taste better?

No offense, but I don't plan on being a middle class ghost. I figure I can be a ghost anywhere that I want, so I plan on living in a mansion!
Go Alison! Movving on up to the top.. lallalala

I'm not above spanking you, missie.

You would have to catch me first

What?? No one took advantage of this?? C'mon now.. ED commericals create three pages of jokes but spanikin gets what three comments (BTW Staley, good one wih the duct tape added in LOL)

Am I seeing things or was that can a can't? You can't just make a can't a can, can you?

I'm soooooooooo confuzzled.

OK, now I have to post one more thing, because I'm have weird feelings about saying or posting something like that. I mean how would everyone feel if I did pass away and those were my last words?? I just shudder to think about it.

Anyways, I do plan on living for at LEAST another 60 years because I want to see what kind of cool birthday greetings you guys can come up with when I hit 100 years old!
sounds good to me, I have time to work up to the occasion :)

Night Night Alison...

Staley - you have 60 years before you have to clean

I like mess... It's calming.

Phew... Then I can put it off for a bit.

I dont think I want to do that for ALison!!

Will my hips still gyrate when I'm 100??
OMG! I can totally see a bionic 100yo Alison dancing around.
What is wrong with Alison, you have offered up your monkey love to all the rest of us

You must have already earned enough for your trip

Sorry Alison, maybe next time

go Dizzy!! LOL woohooo, Staley and I have another connection to the dark side... wooohooooo.

Where's Lynn??? I told her that people lurk!

LURK LURK LURK LURK LURK LURK

LURKLURKLURKLURKLURKLURKLURK

{sigh} I miss the days before erectile dysfunction commercials...

The blue pill is my friend  or rather was.. thanks goodness meds can be changed. :rolleyes1

Ok, DS is passed out on my leg, with his head wedged under the keyboard. Give me a minute while I try to remove him and put him where he belongs

I felt a presence -- it was my Lynn sensor going off :goodvibes
I spent the day at Newport and Huntington Beach, decided we LOVE Huntington now. And then picked up the nephew at Pendleton.

yeah it doesnt matter how old they get, when they leave you feel it...HARD! to me its one of the worst feelings in the world
awwww

thats why i say to enjoy every minute that they are little because it goes away sooooooooooooo fast....before you know it they will be in high school...its like you turn around one minute and are like what the ????

YEP!

when she went to University for 2 years, I went through the same thing and I got used to her being gone and then she came back so its like a junkie when he goes to rehab and has a relapse
Good descriptive.

And if you take it too far and go into the ugly cry, think of something funny. Like when my mom boxed up her feistiest cat to take to the vet, and the vet started to reach into the box to take the cat out. This is the cat that my sister used to wear a heavy winter coat BACKWARDS to clip her nails or give her meds so she wouldn't get hacked to death.

My mom stopped him and said, "Ummm... She can be vicious. Let me." The vet says, "Oh no, it's not necessary, I'll be careful."

He takes the cat out, and I KID YOU NOT, that cat was frozen like a statue. Didn't move an inch, barely even blinked. She just stood there as the vet checked her out, picked her up (with all four legs stuck straight out), lifted her tail and shoved in a thermometer, etc. (DH does a funny little pucker with bugged eyes when he tells that part.)

Then he put the stiff kitty back in the box, and she turned back into her normal psycho self when they got her home.

Odd isn't it? I thought for sure that my Poly would run off when she got shots at Petco.. nope she crammed her body darn as far as she could into the carrier.

I'm not here.. really! Just this fluffball shivering in fright, nope no cat here. :lmao:

Where's that nagging smilie again :rolleyes1

Might I ask the same for you? What are you doing up before the butt crack of dawn? :lmao:

Cool. Do you have any adventures planned for this weekend?

I hung out with 2 of my cousins awhile ago. One of them was here for spring break this week. I went to my parents house. I once again saw my little sister throw a fit in front of my parents.

Not sure yet, we went to Newport and Huntington today to scope it out and decided where to bring hubby's family in June.

WE adore Huntington now

eeeeekkkkkkkkkkkk

hubby's turning off the lights around me... should I take the hint ?
:rotfl2: :rotfl:

how about you for the weeknd?

I honestly don't understand her behavior. My mom bought a nice frame from Walmart for one of my sister's drawings. Apparently she has an art show tomorrow and it's her entry. It's a really nice etching of a squirrel holding a nut, looks very life-like. The background is black and my mom said somehow, some hot chocolate spilled on it. I said it's not horrible because the background is black. My little sister saw it and she flipped out, started crying, ran to the other room and started crying and pounding on the sofa.

oh mannnnnnnnnnnn

 I don't know what advice I can give. Maybe ignoring the tantrums since they don't seem to be stopping at all?

I knwo when my SIL was hitting puberty she was evil to deal with... hormones raging and not use to it might be part of the issues too.

:confused3

 :sad2:

well, at least she didn't hit anyone this time :guilty:

I told her in a very nice tone of voice that it's not horrible because the background is black. My mom told her that she would talk to her art teacher tomorrow and explain what happend. She told my little sis that maybe she could fix it. Well she screamed it was ruined and kept crying and making "UGH!!" noises. My mom got pissed and yelled at her not to ever speak to her with that type of attitude. My little sister wasn't scared and just continued to scream back :sad2:

She wouldn't dare hit my parents. She will get a smackdown if she does that again to anyone. My parents were yelling at her and she just ran off crying. Her friend called. She is always on the darn phone, it's ridiculous. I'm not just talking about a few minutes, but she was playing Super Smash Bros on the Wii and you can play with other people online through the Wii. Well she played with her bratty friend while talking to her on the phone the ENTIRE TIME at the same time. They talked for HOURS like this. It was ridiculous. :sad2: I got sick of the screaming and I hate drama like that and just left and drove around for a bit.

ahhh the teen behavior has risen it's evil head.

Talking back and being disrespectful are par for the course.. though the bys now in NO uncertain terms that it won't fly..

instead I get these from Justin :rolleyes2 :rolleyes2

I was only there for about 30 minutes but I couldn't stand it. Once the yelling started I left immediately. I'm so glad I don't live in that house. :sad2:

The rolling eyes would be FAR better than my little sisters tantrums. It's so horrible and she's 11 years old for pete's sake! :headache:

I don't like yelling/screming matches either.. my parents did that. I would go sit on the porch and STILL hear them screaming at each toher.. it was embarassing.

Hubby and I don't fight, we disagree and discuss.. but it's in a calm manner.

We know each toher so well that it's not necessary to pit against each other.. it's the whole give and take...

Parenting teens is a bit o give and take too, they needs limits just as much (if not more) as young children.

I agree. I don't like the yelling. My bf and I argue over dumb things but if I get upset I'll go to another room. Then later on we'll be okay and the stupid argument will have been forgotten.

My parents seem to be on the "you can catch more bees with honey" idea, but that just doesn't work with her. I don't like her friend who called today. I was standing next to the phone and answered it. I could hear my sister screaming and asked her friend if she could please call back later. She was really rude and said: "Why? What is she doing?" I asked her again to please call back and she finally did after the 3rd time I asked. :sad2: She's the brat my brother told me about (the one who lost in a game and threw the controller on the ground and said she hated my brother the rest of the time she was there)
