My brother always tells me to wear a turtleneck when we go to the shooting range.

I'm like DUDE I live in PHX I dont HAVE a turtleneck. i have not had this happen to me but if I didn I wouldnt show my BROTHER! (maybe the guy next to me)

I just tell them to wear a button collar shirt AND a ball cap (fabric, NOT nylon) with hearing protection and eye protection its pretty safe!

Although I was shooting one day and got a brass that loged right on my shooting glasses next to my hearing protection(ow!!) (probably 1 in a gozillian chance!)

We always cleaned ours outside! Doesnt it rain there a lot just set it outside once in awhile and You'll be good. No hose necessary!

Yes, it rains here from September thru June. Then is stops momentarily for July & August. Except for July 4th & Labor Day which always seem to rain. So I would have to leave it outside for 8 more months until it dried out enough to bring it in. Better to hand it a Loofah, throw it in the shower and hope it dries out by the time DH gets back from his hunting trip. Lest he wonder why he has a tree in his shower!
